VICTORY POSES

I think you all know about victory poses. They happen when someone's won a match. When someone's lost a match, however, they stand to the back and applaud sullenly, except for Jigglypuff and Pokemon Trainer. Jigglypuff just shakes his head back and forth and the trainer will shake his head miserably while their Pokemon applauds. Also, the Ice Climbers will weep quietly.

Bowser - steps up and roars,

spins around in his shell and comes out laughing,

stepping forward and swipes the air with his claws.

Captain Falcon - does three roundhouse kicks and poses,

two jump kicks,

or charges red energy.

Diddy Kong - shoots the air with his peanut gun,

spins with his rocketbarrel and dances on his head,

or does a backflip and holds up his arms.

Donkey Kong - Beats his chest,

does a backflip, holding up his arms,

or hands above his head, moving them from side to side.

Falco - jumps from the sky and poses on the ground,

does kicks and says, "had enough already?"

or crosses his arms, looks up at the sky and says, "you aren't worth the trouble!"

When Fox is present, he says, "you're off your game, Fox!"

Fox - Crosses his arms, looks up, and raises his tail,

points his gun, puts it back into its holster, and says, "This is fox. Returning to base,"

or poses with his gun and says "mission complete".

If Falco is present for the match, he would say, "better luck next time, Falco!"

Ganondorf - crossing his arms, he laughs and looks at the camera,

pumps a victorious fist and crouches

or with his back to the camera, he turns around partly, holding up his fist with the back of the hand facing the camera.

Ice Climbers - Nana (the girl) will hide behind Popo (the boy), while Popo shifts from side to side

or both nod and high-five each other,

or both will jump up and down.

Ike - Puts his sword in the ground, folds his arms, and says, "you'll get no sympathy from me!" Note that it's sympathy, no symphony.

Or, slashing his sword twice, he says, "I fight for my friends."

Or, performing Aether while looking at the screen.

Jigglypuff - sleeps very much like Kirby, wakes up, and sleeps again.

jumps up twice, performing an aerial flip on the third

attempting to bounce up but lands on her back instead.

Dedede - pats his belly while a Waddle Dee stands in front of him

spins his hammer

slams his hammer down the left and right side and shows a happy face

Kirby - spins, holds his hands up

does some flips and holds his hands up

skids to each side and holds his hands up.

Link - gives to swipes of his sword and sheathes it

horizontal swipe of his sword, holds it up and does a war cry

three swipes of his sword and turns right

Lucario - clasps his paws together and says, "the aura is mine."

does a crane stance and says, "behold, the aura".

faces to the right, his palm out towards the camera, and growls.

Lucas - gets down on one knee and shoots out hexagonal PK shocks from his finger

with his back to the screen, Lucas does something to a stick, then turns around, and says, "hmm?"

he pulls a large needle, and then it flies off-screen trailing sparks.

Luigi - turns around, making gun motions and says, "bang bang"

swings his hands in the air, making punches, and rears back, exhausted

Falls to the ground stiffly twice, similar to his taunt

Mario - does a spin-jump and lands in a pose

winds up for a punch, steps forward, and punches

makes fire explode from his palms and strikes a pose

Marth - sheathes his sword and says something in Japanese (Today I have survived)

Turns, spins his sword and says something in Japanese (this time it's my victory, isn't it?"

With his right arm out, he says something in Japanese (There's no way I can lose)

Meta Knight - Disappears in his cape while saying, "come back when you can put up a fight"

Spins his sword while saying "victory is my destiny"

Flings out his cape and says, "you have much to learn"

Mr. Game and Watch - Jumps up and down

Rings the bell

Discos

Ness - Jumps up and down, and nods

Swings his bat, before holding it out in front of him

Looks to the sides quickly and puts his hand behind his head

Olimar - plucking Pikmin, and each jumps on him before hitting the ground

Looks to the sides while 3 Pikmin run around him in a circle

Moves his hands up and down while facing some Pikmin

Peach - Spins and waves to the screen, "Oh, did I win?"

Swings her arms, puts them behind her, and says, "Peachy!"

Turns to her left and says "this is fun!"

Pikachu - sleeps

backflip, spins on the ground, "pii!"

Ears perk, and he scratches one of them

Pit - slashes his swords and says, "you can't defeat me!"

bows with his bow in front of him, looks up, and says, "Great Palutena, victory is ours!"

spins his swords and says, "too easy!"

Pokemon Trainer - will either say "Good job, Squirtle!", "Way to go, Ivysaur!" or "you did it, Charizard!" in all three poses.

Squirtle - Squirts water in three directions, does a backflip

does some poses and spins, eventually ending up scratching his head

Pokemon Trainer will kneel down and embrace him, who'll say, "Squirtle Squirtle!"

Ivysaur - Jumps and lands on his belly

Does a ready for battle pose

the trainer pets him, but Ivysaur jumps on him. The trainer will put him down and continues to pet him

Charizard - Roars at the sky while flapping his wings

Stomps and flaps his wings while roaring

Pokemon Trainer hugs his neck (OMG)

ROB - Shoots sparks from his eyes and flexes his upper body

Waves his arms a lot

Spins his arms and turns his head

Samus - readies her blaster

punches and fires a shot from her blaster

Rapid shots while on her knee

Sheik - two kicks, and a ninja stance

Crouching, she shoots the air with needles and stands back up

Looks off in the distance

Snake - throws away his cardboard box and says, "not even close"

Crawls forwards and says, "this is snake. All done here."

Crouches and says, "Colonel, mission accomplished."

Sonic - holds up a blue Chaos Emerald, and says, "too easy! Piece of cake!"

Runs off the screen, comes back, gives you the thumbs up and says, "Sonic's the name, speed's my game!"

Break-dances, holds up his fist, "Hey, we should do this again some day!"

Toon Link - Waves the Wind Waker baton

Tries to catch a pig but trips

Catches a pig and holds it above his head

Wario - Does a donut on his bike, pulling his mustache with one hand and making the W sign with his other hand, saying "Yes!"

Laughs and falls over

Pats his stomach, farts, sniffs his butt and scratches his head.

Yoshi - Punches a few times, turns his back on the screen facing right

Looks up with his hands together, spins, and faces the camera with the peace sign

Punches the air and makes the ta-da pose

Zelda - Conjures red energy

Turns her head to the left

Praying, she turns her head upwards

Zero Suit Samus - Sidekick flex

Backflips to the screen

Slashes with her orange whip and says, "Be still."
