It's finally time for a new post! (The next In Focus is coming soon, I'm almost done, but it's delaying because of this book I'm reading...) This time, we're talking about the little "glitchy" parts of Brawl, the parts that make no sense at all. Most of them have got to do with Kirby, but that's because it's easiest to show off the stuff because of his inhaling attack. (And while we're on it, if Brawl was real, what would really happen if two Falcon Punches collided? Even more so, what would happen if one Falcon Punch, one Warlock Punch, one Oil Panic charging three PK Fires Countered by Ike/Roy and one Off-Wave (Tabuu's red ring attack) collided? Nah, wouldn't want to blow up the whole world, would I?)
- On the stage Summit, the Ice Climbers' home stage, it's basically a floating iceberg, right? If you get Super Curry and blow it at the walls, why doesn't the iceberg melt?
- Is it just me, or is the Landmaster a bit too heavy for the Pirate Ship (One of Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, Sheik, and Toon Link's home stages, the big ship that's unlockable) to carry? I'm very sure that with the Landmaster landing heavily and all those blasts, the ship should fall apart.
- Kirby can eat anything, right? No matter how big or how heavy (I know what it says in the anime but Kirby can inhale Bowser...), right? So if Kirby can eat the entire stage... you get what I'm going at?
- Can Sonic even swim? As far as I'm concerned, he wore a life-vest in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. I don't know for sure, but does Sonic wear a life vest in Brawl? If he does, does it just randomly appear on him?
- Final Cutter, which is Kirby's Up-B attack, is when Kirby suddenly wears his green trademark hat (like Link) and pulls out a sword - a curved one instead of his regular straight one. The blade looks very much like the blade from his Cutter hat, and Final Cutter is actually both Sword and Cutter's moves. However, Sword Final Cutter is when Kirby slashes twice and thenjumps up, flips, and land sword outstretched. Cutter Final Cutter is when Kirby just rises up and falls sword outstretched. In other words, Brawl Final Cutter is Cutter's move, so why is Kirby wearing a Sword hat?
- In some stages, it snows, like Yoshi's Island. Shouldn't Kirby be able to inhale the snow and become Ice Kirby?
- When Kirby inhales a Bom-Omb, shouldn't he become Bomb Kirby?
- When Kirby inhales a Fire Flower, shouldn't he become Fire Kirby?
- If Kirby becomes Snake Kirby, with the headband and facial hair, and for some odd reason he shaves off the hair and dyes the band red, shouldn't that be Fighter Kirby?
- You know how CD's are like rare stickers? Well, when a CD drops, and you burn it, shouldn't that disappear?
- What would happen if you set fire to Pirate Ship?...
- Kirby can inhale the Waddle Dees, right? Well, he can also inhale Waddle Doos. So where's the Beam Ability?
- In the Mario games, when you reach the flag at the end of each level, you get a 1-Up if you get the very top. Yet, in this game, what happened to it?
- In the stage Mario Circuit, it's quite clear that the stage they're racing on is the Figure 8 Circuit, so why bother lie and say it's Mario Circuit?
- If Kirby, Dedede, Wario and the big frog thing in Distant Planet had an inhaling contest, who would win?
- Say, what would happen if Kirby and Dedede inhaled at the exact same time, facing each other, standing about one assist trophy width apart? Who gets inhaled? Or does the attack just cancel out like two Falcon Punches colliding?
- If Kirby is at a restaurant and he asks for more punch (he actually will, considering his humongous appetite) with Captain Falcon as the waiter, would CF give him a Falcon Punch or the actual punch? Okay, this was out of hand, but....
- When players KO, how do they come back to the respawning stand so quickly, especially if they were blown all the way out of Castle Siege or New Pork City?
- Speaking, what did happen to Wario's Dark Cannon?
- When it's a holiday, it's sort of a cruel thing to the fighters as they have to fight for the death during Christmas or Easter...
- If Olimar breaks a Smash Ball with his Pikmin, then shouldn't his Pikmin get the Final Smash instead of Olimar?
- Here's a very scary thought: since All-Star Mode is when you battle all the characters (minus either Sheik or Zelda, or Zero Suit Samus/Samus since you only fight one) in the order their actual games came in, from earliest to latest. According to it, Wario is younger than Kirby, the Ice Climbers are older than Ike and Marth, Ness and Lucas are older than the Star Fox trio, and Mr. Game and Watch is older than everyone. Messed up...
- You know how with most people, their Up-B makes them helpless? In their helpless mode, how do they flash? Literally! How do you blink in and out of appearance in real life?
- How does Kirby inhale someone so big as Bowser?
- If you set an infinite time Coin Match with CPU players only and leave it there for a week, don't fighters need to go to the washroom?
